never say necklace

Ok, so, forever I have avoided accessories - saying it's just "not my style" - but not anymore.  I was inspired by Kendi's necklace - because I love it so much - and I literally have a negative bank account right now so instead of purchasing it, I threw on the first three necklaces in my existing pile of jewellery that looked like they might match. And yes you did see one of these yesterday.  That was my warm-up.

I can't say I'm a fan of insects on my jewellery, but I *am* experimenting.
Shortest necklace, $gift from Aron's mom. Butterfly necklace, some random shop
on Queen St. that shut down long ago, $17. Remaining necklace, F21, $10.
Stila lip stain in Poppy, $34.


Yoga Jeans!  They are the only brand that fits over my thunder..errr, runner's thighs
and aren't four sizes too big in the waist at the same time.  Got these for $25 off!
It was the only colour on sale.  Acid wash grey isn't so popular I guess.
Good news for me!

These shoes I have a love/hate relationship with.  I think they look
pretty cute in the photos here, but I think they might be a half size too small,
they offer absolutely no support, and they are from Aldo - the worst place on earth.

    ooh, the shoes look absolutely gorg. I love the little studded detail on them and the outfit is fab. Great idea adding all of those layered necklaces, love how it adds such an urban & chic vibe to the outfit. Happy Friday hun! xx veronika

    I do love those shoes!! But I think Aldo doesn't do half sizes so it makes it a pain if you're a half size. And I am a new follower too:) Nice to meet you!
